"One of the most radical things you could ever do is to decide to really and truly get to know yourself."
- Cleo Wade
Welcome!
I think of life as the ocean.
While the ocean is beautiful and vast, it can get rocky. Each wave represents a different set of difficulties that arise, including trauma, relationship troubles, insecurities, family problems, grief, and so much more. Some waves are manageable and easier to navigate, but others can swallow us whole.
Think of therapy as a buoy in the ocean. Therapy is a resource that can stabilize you and make life a bit more manageable.
I would be honored to help you achieve your goals—whatever they may be.
Although I have the degrees to call myself a clinical psychologist, I know that I am not an expert in your life. You are. Our work together will explore the challenges that you are facing and find ways to heal, make sense of, and navigate these personal issues. A therapeutic relationship built on authenticity and trust will be key in this process.
